Dear Fellow Freelancers, First off, you need to be 100% English and Experienced. I am sincerely sorry for the NEW freelancers, but if you have less than 10 reviews please do not bid on my project. I need someone to completely redesign my Freelancer.com page. I think this is a rather simple procedure for experienced people on here. I need a very high quality design, I will supply all the images to you. 1. You need to design a banner (based on what I send you, I think it will be easy) 2.
