Design, Develop, and Deploy Website for 21st Century Insurance Company

I'm a new insurance agency in Tampa and one way I'm trying to differentiate myself is by leaning into technology and my digital presence as much as possible. The majority of mom and pop shops are still stuck in the dark ages from a tech and digital presence perspective and I'm hoping to capitalize on that. I need a company who can design, develop, and deploy a website that has the most cutting edge UI/UX and design elements to WOW my Gen Z and Millennial target customers. Other than a beautifully designed look and feel that delivers the message in a simple way, I don't think I need a ton of complicated functionality. There's an automatic insurance quote generator provided by one of my vendors that I'll need to place on the site for traffic conversions. I'm not sure if you can work with the vendor to spruce up the look but that would be a bonus. I love the illustrations that have some slight movement to them. I have a logo and I've started mapping out a rough draft for the layout and content for the website. Ongoing cost, maintenance, routine updates, and future redesigns are something I'd also like to discuss just to project what future cost might be. It's important to me to use the newest technology, but I also need to balance that with a reasonable way to make updates and perform maintenance.
