We have a database of global property professionals. The usable records number about 150,000. We would like to create a newsletter of five or six items each week, ongoing. We are looking for someone to take care of ensuring that the distribution is legal and that unsubscribes are managed etc. Also, that person would need to be able to design and distribute the mailings using a system they source and manage.
