Create an isometric animation of a friendly city with delivery cars

Hi, I am interested in getting an isometric animation done for a project I'm working on. I am trying to demonstrate a use case for delivery robots delivering packages from the truck into a business or apartment building. The scene involves a cargo van driving up to a building and stopping near by, then a wheeled delivery robot comes out and drives down from the van (maybe coming down a small truck ramp). The delivery robot should drive into the building, and the building should have grass outside or a small garden. The scene should loop so the truck looks like it continuously drives around the block and stops by the apartment building. The driving delivery robot should have six wheels similar to the attached robot image, but with storage space on top carrying a brown parcel or package to show that it is making a delivery. I've attached a GIF of a complex isometric city animation but I don't need something that complex. Rather, imagine zooming in on one section of the city. Also, I like how the scene is bright and vibrant. I've also attached images of existing delivery robots for inspiration (not to replicate exactly). Thanks!
