Build youtube clone, but with less/different features

Looking to build a site that is similar to youtube in that a user will be able to create an account and upload video, among other things. I need help in determining how the best way would be to handle the upload of video to perhaps a CDN of some sort. I need to know costs, and what it would take. Please only bid if you have done something similar before.
