Build a Website - World Travel Blog

I am looking for someone that creates a "wolrd travel" blog that allows logged in users to view pictures and texts I have posted. The following list of features are required: - I want to Blog to look fancy and nice, e.g. that the user sees an interactive globe of the earth where small stickers are set on each location I have uploaded pictures or added texts. - Only users that have a secret password or so should be able to see the blog.
