Build a website template that students can use to modify/customize to their own desire

I would like to create a website, which I can give to my beginner Marketing students, where they can then make changes to make the website their own. The home-page of the site should contain two side-by-side pictures, and be able to be seen from a single screen, without scrolling. I would like for the homepage to have 10 links spread across the top of the screen and 10 links spread across the bottom. I would like for each link to bring a user to a single, corresponding page. I would like for each corresponding page to have side-by-side pictures, and each page have one link that would bring the user back to the home-screen. I would also like for there to be instructions/comments so the students know how to easily replace the pictures, text, etc. So, to summarize: Home-page: - two pictures that can easily be replaced with other pictures. - ability to easily embed a video on the homepage - a few text boxes that can easily have text modified - 10 links on top, & 10 on bottom, which can have names, text color, etc. easily changed 20 "extra" pages (that a user is brought to if they click on one of the 20 different links on homepage - two pictures that can easily be replaced with other pictures. - a link that would bring the user back to the homepage - a few text boxes that can easily have text modified
