Build a Website Directory listing for physioterapists

Hi Developers PLEASE READ IT TROUGH BEFORE BIDDING (I have time to read all the proposals) I would like to build directory listing website for physiotherapists and their customers/patients. I have the HTML template: [login to view URL] where you get basically all the features and design that I need (only some design changes). The HTML template is not fully working, that's why I need Your help to make it fully functional website with all the features and design elements. Basically, the idea is to provide directory website for physiotherapist, sports therapists, masseurs, doctors etc. Where they can add a profile (paid and free) with all the functionality in HTML template. For customers/patients who can find a therapist in their location or preferred location on the map and in the search. Make appointments and pay in advance (by PayPal, by bank wire and by [login to view URL] ) Also, there must be admin panel, where admins can manage everything and receive payments from therapists and customers and upload invoices etc and change subscription packets etc. Also the admin Panel must look nice and have secure login! So the website must have Database (currently the HTML template obviously don't have it) It can be complete custom made website, or on WordPress platform (there are some directory portals for WordPress but none of them have this functionality that my HTML template has.) Requirements: 1.) You must be capable of following our designs/layouts exactly as they are shown in HTML (with some changes) You will need to pay extreme attention to every detail. Quality is a MUST! Our firm specializing in developing high profile websites so we can't work with someone who can't follow our layouts!! 2.) User Interface and User Experience Design are extremely important. 3.) Be On time! 4.) DO NOT promise what you can't deliver. 5.) The site structure MUST be compatible in both Standard (internet) and Mobile devices (Responsive- The HTML template have nice responsive functionality already) 6.) The site MUST be compatible and look the same across all browsers. 7.) You must be willing to provide new suggestions/ideas and always push the envelope on how to make the site better. 8) First the site comes in English Language but it must be easily translated to other languages (by translation file) 9) You can work on you localhost, but You must upload the site to Your test server, where I can check the work and finally when everything is ready. we will export to my server. EXTRA: Besides this directory site, we have several other IT projects that need to be built soon. *Your proposal MUST be ONLY about this directory site.
