Build a Website

Looking for a developer to create a subscription website for Brokers of IT/Computer equipment. The website will need the following abilities, can discuss in great detail when developer selected. 1) Will be a subscription site, so user will need the ability to create an account and the site will need to be able to take PayPal and [login to view URL] as payment processors, where they will be billed monthly for the subscription at the rate for the selected subscription level. Levels will depend on the number of items they want to have live. Ex: $49.00/Mo for upto 1,000 items or $99.00/Mo for 10,000 and so on. 2) The user will need the ability to upload their inventory via .CSV or .XLS files. 3) The user will need the ability to edit their inventory via a grid control once it's uploaded. 4) Users will be able to perform a search on the uploaded inventory with the ability to drill down on the results to a single inventory item with a complete description page. 5) Users will be able to communicate with each other via an internal chat system. Example : User is looking for a part, part # ABC123 and enters this search into the search bar. Then program will display a list of all items matching this search result. Then the user can see the offerings and select 1 or more of these via a checkbox in the grid view, and then click "Get Quite" this will create a bar with tabs for each vendor that was selected and automatically send a Request via the chat system for each user online. Here the user can ask questions and get details about the product from the vendors, there will need to be a way to send pictures, spreadsheets and .pdf files back and forth. The user may need a picture of the part and then the user may need the ability to send a PO to order the part. All this needs to take place within the chat system. If the user is not online at the time, he will be notified via email that he has a quote request with a link to click to log them in and take them directly to the quote request. On that screen the vendor will see there inventory listed with all detail so they can make a decision on price and availability to quote the customer. Once the user has made a decision they need a button to click that will close the quote request and notify other vendors the request is closed. 6) The user will need to be able to create list and store these list for items they buy daily/weekly. The user needs to be able to manage these list once they are created. 7) The user will need to be able to upload a .csv file that contains the list as well so it does not need to be entered manually for larger quote request. 8) The user will also be able to make email broadcast to vendors in order to ask general questions or broader request for pricing and information. Return emails will be directed back to this system, so they can be viewed and answered within the application. 9) Each subscriber will have an email box in the system for sending and receiving emails. 10) There will need to be an advanced search option for the users to drill down on the exact item they are looking for within the broad search. This is a high-level description of the sites capabilities and I can provide a detailed .PDF of the complete functionality of the site. We are very concerned about the visual appearance of the site as well as it's performance. We will be using a Virtual Private Server hosted by [login to view URL] as our service provider.
