Build an intricate Website built

I need a website built. The purpose of the site is to sell gift cards for my multiple client's businesses... So I need this 1. An intake form for clients that will take their companies info and help create a product (the gift card) automatically on our sales page. 2. A client- member log in page with password and user name, where the client can view an upto date real time report of who purchased the gift card, total sales and ability to mark a gift card "redeemed" 3. A sales page with each gift card (gift cards must be searchable, and filterable/ organizer by category) The page should be on a default should the top selling cards first...The sales page is where customers can buy the gift cards (with paypal) and have a link for downloadable gift card (PDF) sent to their email with a unique stamp on each card containing the customers email name and order number. 4. a button to resend past orders (downloadable links) to customers who have bought gift cards but if its been marked redeemed have it just say "Sorry, you can't download the gift but here is a receipt for the purchase with all the order info on it" 5 . A pop up screen on home page collecting potential customers emails with zip-codes and sorting them by zipcode 6. have a small fee from each gift card sale go into a separate paypal account. I have done some web design on my own, and investigated building the site on my own but found it beyond my capabilities... In my investigating I found a site called "SEND OWL" which give designers all the tools to complete what I am asking for however I dont have the capabilities to do it- I suggest anyone looking to take on this project check out SEND OWL Let me know your thoughts...
