Build me a graphic design

I will require two designs similar to first two pics of rug. This first design needs to have an olive background similar to pic shown. The second design needs to have a deep red background, almost ruby red. We will still keep the swirly film, but aim to make it look more film-like with the same ribbon like effect, film should look somewhat like this but in a curling design not straight [login to view URL]: The design should have multiple images of a dancing couple all over it, similar to pic 3 attached. Because one design will be olive colour the ladies dress should be a deep red, the mans suit maybe a charcoal colour with a tie similar to dress colour. The design should have multiple images of martini glasses all over it. Colours of the martini glass in pic 4 are to be used, in a martini glass shape, and there should be a picture of an olive in glass positioned like this [login to view URL]: The last picture of cameraman is in addition to camera you see in pic 1 / pic 2 – both elements are needed. Also popcorn image is to be kept that you see in pic 1 / pic 2. In summary - One design will have olive colour background similar to pic 1 and pic 2, and will also need a replica of this design with a deep red ruby background. All the same elements will be kept coupled with images attached, the only difference is that the lady dress should a either emerald green or olive green in design with red background. Can I understand the cost to produce this in something like an A3 / A4 image? It is a concept to be shown to customer first before pressing ahead with a large design to fit rug size. Can you please let me know time frame also. Design is urgent.
