build custom landing page w javascript google images query & animated comments

I have a request for a custom landing page design project (must be responsive) that is similar in functionality and look to a current site (not my own): The landing page should be have similar functionality to the site [login to view URL] as far as landing page look/design & intake/upload of image by user. The page design should be done by freelancer but closely resemble [login to view URL] design and use a color scheme of facebook blue the page should also display prominently a real-time animated and scrolling list of "comments" from users saying things like "this really works!" from a list of similar comments, formatted to appear as real-time facebook comments. After photo is obtained, the site should THEN use google images "image search to grab about 30 "lookalike" images as "possible matches" via javascript from the user browser The user should then be able to scroll through display of the "possible matches" one at a time (forward and back). Each match should include a random fake title (celebrity titles, famous scientists, we will create a flat file of titles to use in order to label/title the images so they are funny and/or important sounding) the user should be able to select their favorite match. On match selection, The page should then attach the user's photo to the match photo and create a new image of the 2 images side by side with labels under the image (the user image will say “ME” and the selected image will have whatever label it had from our list of labels). - this new image should be downloadable/sharable to SocMed and the new combo image should be hyperlinked to my own website, with a graphic overlay that says “I FOUND MY TWIN!!” freelancer must be adept with PHP CSS html website design html5 javascript and understand how to create and display the stated type of animated FB-style comments. Note that I am in fact a long time freelancer.com employer and require many solid reviews and will NOT release any milestones until the project is complete and approved, so dont bother attempting to scam me.
