Project Brief Company Background A recently established UK based car dealer specialising in vehicle import and export primarily focused on B2B. Project background • New website, no existing company website is active • Website is primarily to highlight what services we can offer to prospective clients and provide us with a space to showcase our current stock. Target Audience • We segment our customers into 4 sets which may intersect, the website should target all individually and the content and tone may differ: 1. Export/Import Services – Primary focus. Website will be used to showcase the services we offer and allow prospective customers to submit queries 2. International Sales – Showcase current available stock and (as above) showcase our expertise and specialist knowledge of exporting vehicles 3. Vehicle Sourcing – Specialist vehicle sourcing service. Allow client to submit request form for us to source if not already available on the current stock. 4. Vehicle Purchasing – Allow customers to sell their vehicles to us, allowing them to submit a standardised quote request form by entering their vehicle details Content • Homepage – Image centric homepage with clean navigation addressing the key customer segments listed above • Export Services - page showcasing the exporting services we offer o Testimonials - either embedded in above or as a separate page • Available Stock – showreal of available cars/current stock, linking to individual car/product page • Vehicle Sourcing – user submitted form to allow clients to request a specific vehicle not listed on the website (or a general vehicle request) • Vehicle Purchasing – user form to submit a query for a car they have for sale Call to Action • Ultimate goal is for users to enquire about our services either through telephone, email or web enquiry.
