Create 8 page Print Catalog/Brochure

I need an 8-page catalog/brochure for a print newsletter created in Photoshop. I would like it to look like a marketing piece that a new home developer might create, an attractive cover with a large picture and a professional look. The files need to be delivered in Photoshop CS5 and PDF. All body text needs to be no smaller than 12-point font. You may choose what type of font you think will look best. The margins for each page need to be one-quarter inch with a gutter of one half inch. Page numbers are only necessary on page 2, 3, 6, and 8. The structure for this project needs to look like this: Page 1. Cover: - Design cover for monthly publication. (See attachment for existing cover.) - See website for pictures - December 2014 issue - One topic on the front of the cover - Not too busy Page 2: Inside Cover Page - Directory of catalog - Contact information - Address - Emergency contact information Page 3: Monthly Happenings - What is going on for the month - Events - Activities schedule - Mission Statement “Creating fun and building community” Pages 4 & 5: Calendar of the month - Centerfold of catalog - Gutter of one half inch - Highlight monthly activities Page 6: Resort News - Body text size no smaller than 12-point font - Headlines in larger font - Much like a newspaper - Mostly text Page 7: Advertisement Page - Business card size for ads (2x3.5) - 10 ads on page or as many as possible without looking overcrowded - Buffer as needed - At bottom of page, “If you would like your ad here please contact the activities director.” - Activities director contact information Page 8: List of daily and Weekly Activities - Forthcoming
