QS Flash

I need a FLASH created for my website home page.? I would like to start with my new logo file and have it turn the globe, change the filiment color or glow of the globe and the color of the filiment and glow. then have the words QUICK SMART start from opisite sides (QUICK from the left and SMART from the right) until it hits the globe and pops the globe upwards so it is above the two words and finally rests in the LOGO layout third, have the words "A Company that Works for You" start out small and pop forward to oversize and back to normal size, one at a time from left to right. Finally everything resting as it is in the logo file. Below the Logo area (after the flash finishes moving) have the words "Building Multiple Streams of Income" Scrolling.
