Flutter App Integrated with Google Maps in Marathi

Need a Flutter/Dart app in 100% Marathi. Should be able to do following : 1. Data entry with more than 20 fields. Data needs to be stored in back-end. One of the data point contains address. 2. On a screen with Google Maps embedded, it should plot the pin/marker based on the information given in point 1 above. 3. With say a 'trace' mode on, the screen should highlight the pin/markers in the specified radius (e.g. 1 Km). 4. The points which are plotted in Google Maps needs to be stored in the database as well (geo locations) so as to re-plot them when user re-opens the app. 5. The app should be iOS and Android compatible (I guess you don't need to do anything specific for this point). I will not accept generalised bids. Please do get offended when I don't respond to you on the chat request in this case. What I would need in your bid is following : 1. Choice of the back-end database and rationale 2. How you'll translate non-english address in English so as to plot the point on Google Maps. Currently, I do not have Flutter/Dart installed on my Mac.
