Create google extension to add and manage tags in a google doc

Please read fully or do not bid. The goal is to create a proof of concept chrome extension Interface where a user can create and manage tags in a google doc. (see screenshot). Functionality Creating a tag 1. Highlight a word in a google doc 2. Right click and choose “add tag” 3. The tag appears on the right of the google doc (see screenshot) 4. If Tag is clicked on, the word is inserted into the google doc at the cursor 5. In addition, if SHIFT+ENTER is pressed on the word under the cursor is added as TAG 6. Hotkey CTRL+ENTER moves focus to the tags section Managing tags 1. If the mouse hovers over a tag, an “X” appears. If “X” is clicked on, the tag is deleted and focus moves to next TAG. If no additional TAG exists, focus moves back to the document 2. Arrow keys should navigate to the logical tab based on which arrow key is used. The active tab should change in some way to show that it is active. 3. While in TAGS section, if ENTER is pressed, tag is inserted into the document at the cursor, focus moves to next tag. If no other TAG exists, focus stays on current TAG 4. While in TAGS section, if CTRL+ENTER is pressed, focus moves back to document 5. While in TAGS section, if SHIFT+SPACE is pressed, a google search is done (in new window) on TAG text. Text should be sent in quotes (ie "New York City"). 6. While in TAGS section, if DEL key is pressed, TAG is deleted and focus is moved to next TAG. If no other TAG exists, focus moves back to the document. Wen All hotkeys should be defined in an area in a commented area within the javascript where different combinations can be tested. (define it in one place) Tags in a document should be persistent. If doc is closed and opened, TAGS should be where they were when the doc was closed. To show that you have read this fully, put the name of your favorite color as the first word in your bid.
