We are a video-only news portal. Recently with no production-changes, our PV traffic has dropped 75%+. Interestingly one of our key metric - Video Views (measured by Brightcove, our CMS) doesn't indicate any such catastrophe. Data from Nielsen and internal ad inventory also seem to disagree with GA. We want a strong GA professional to come on-board in order to investigate this issue. As our KPIs are based on GA, its paramount that we solve it ASAP. GA / Data-privacy are two top ones
