Hi! I would love to work with you to help bring your book idea to life. More than that, though, I would like to talk with you more to see if we might be a good fit for working together.
I know my bid is higher than some, and my timeline is longer, but that's because I want us to be able to make sure we get this right. I want us to collaborate to make something you're both proud of and happy with. That takes time, and requires that we're in regular communication both regarding progress and expectations.
What I'm proposing comes in three parts. First, we work together to get a better feel for what it is you're looking for, and I create a full rough outline. Second, we work together to create a full rough draft. This gives you a feel for the entirety of the story, how it flows, and how it all fits together. From there, I take your feedback and work toward a finalized manuscript.
Writing a book is a big project, and it's not one I take lightly. I'm also open to the idea that as we dialogue these expectations change, and we adjust accordingly. More than anything, I want what we create to leave both of us satisfied and happy with the result. Thanks for your consideration, and please don't hesitate to reach out with any thoughts you may have!
