Conversion of NCDF (NCDF4) files into SWAT Weather Station Files for ArcSWAT use (Soil and Water Assessment Tool)

I am a researcher and need to temporally and spatially aggregate and clip freely available gridded weather data to my site. The data is in NCDF4 format and must be converted into ArcSWAT (ArcGIS extension, SWAT2012) text files or .wgn files which can be used as daily weather station data for the model. The data spans from 1990 to 2014 and is available here: [login to view URL] I have attached documentation (tutorial links and package links) my study shapefile and a current R code which supposedly should be able to do the job but needs troubleshooting. However, I have no preference for the coding language or process used to convert this data. Ideally, this code could be created with comments which would allow me to later change the coordinate system used and run again if additional weather data becomes available for 2014-2019. Alternatively, temperature and precipitation is available in ASCII format via Dropbox upon request, but use of the nc4 files are preferred since ASCII files only have precipitation and temperature data. A working code (or verification of working output files) should be finished by Tuesday December 10th, 12PM. I will be available for contact/support throughout the process, thank you.
