The largest scale face recognition project I did was using Matlab, it was supposed to be installed in ATM systems, I don't think there is more mult-camera app than this. Also, I can do it in Python if you like.. I have been doing machine learning since 2016 and I have built many successful projects since then. using pretrained algorithm, minimal data will be required to get accurate results. The system must recognize and keep a log of every entry and exit, so two cameras may be needed for each location. Further discussion will provide more bases for what will be required.
