Hello. I am a R&D engineer who is an everyday Excel user and proficient in VBA that is often, as a part of my everyday job, working on automation of boring and tedious tasks. I have watched your videos and would like to sum up the necessary tasks below: 1. Open the Master Log located in the Latest Version folder and save it as a copy in the WIP folder 2. Open the copy of the Master Log 3. Use the written module IPM Log Update 3.1. Modify it in a way no to ask "copy & paste details from an old IPM Log" question, but directly go to the part of the code that handles "Yes" choice. 3.2. Choose the file from the Ship Template Files. 3.3. Do not ask "Select Ship" but take the that info from the log file or log file name 3.4. Do not ask for a "expiry date", but ask which month and year are we processing for. 3.5. Do not ask about the version 7 and 8. Assume version 8. 3.6. Copying takes about a minute. 4. Copy the file to the relevant Sunday Week folder 5. Clean up WIP folder. Batch script will go through each file in the Ship Template Files folder and go through the process described above (except for the code changes, of course). If the process described in the previously mentioned points is correct, I believe the requirement are clear to me.
