Hello, I'll Add up the total number of times that specific task has been entered for each worksheet (person). Then add up the totals for Column B (time) and Column C (amount) after that I'll create a new worksheet in which I'll add together all of these totals (Total number of each task, the total time spent on that task and the total amount)..........thanks. Hi, You can do this with Pivot tables. It is not hard. You can check the videos in youtube. If you want me do it using VBA, then here is my bid. It would not take much of my time.
