parts allocation and tracking file

PLEASE READ THE FULL DESCRIPTION ON THE ATTACHED WORD FILE. we work on job sites where we have engines. each engines has capital parts that are installed in the engine and every maintenance we need to remove these parts and replace them with parts from our site inventory. The parts that gets out of the engine goes to the repair facility to be repaired. Once it is repaired it goes back to site inventory to be planned for use on the next engine maintenance and so on. we usually keep extra spares to make sure we have an effective circulation plan for the parts between in engine, in repairs and in inventory. and we have many sites. We have part types and each type has a specific quantity depending on engine frame. attached is an example of Site X that has 2 engines (Engine A & Engine B). Each engine has the following parts type in it: F, L, T, N1, N2, S1, S2. without having the all of these parts in the engine the engine will not run. in this example the engine frame is 900, 1 set of each type contains a certain quantity as follows: F = 10 L = 10 T = 10 N1 = 20 N2 = 20 S1 = 30 S2 = 30 For this site we have 3 sets (SE1, SE2, SE3) of each part type to be circulated between the engines, repairs and the inventory. for each engine maintenance we have a da.......
