excel financial model

I need a real estate fund financial model in MS excel to be developed. I am looking for free lancers who have good experience and knowledge about best financial modelling practices with accounting skills to complete this task. The model would be for 5 years. It needs to have the projected IS,BS,CF statements with assumptions populated in a separate sheet. The fund would have 3 business lines namely; (each of the biz lines below requires inputs for 3 properties / biz line) DEVELOPMENT - involves construction of properties which would be rented after construction and subsequently sold at a later point of time. RELEASING - involves agreeing with other property owners to rent their buildings on their behalf and receive a margin on the rents received. BUY & SELL - involves buying of ready properties , holding it for price appreciation and selling it at a later point of time. The fund would operate in 3 locations with the 3 stated biz lines in each location. Therefore total number of property inputs required would be (3 locations*3 biz lines*3 properties per biz line = 27 properties in total) Assumptions required for each of the biz lines are as follows; Fund size - equity 10M , debt 80M at fund level. (the fund would be allocated 30M to each location) DEVELOPMENT ( to be modeled on % completion methodology) Area in sqm Hard costs / sqm Soft costs / sqm construction period (1 to 2 yrs max) Rent/sqm Occupancy rate during rental period appreciation rate (YoY) Selling price RELEASING Area in sqm Rental rate/sqm Rental ratio (to property owner and to the fund) BUY & SELL Area in sqm purchase price Appreciation rate (YoY) Selling price EXPENSES pls see the attached file named 'RE fund expenses' Balance sheet assumptions can be assumed appropriately.
