Ravina Technologies is a 12 year young Staffing Company having more than 50+ associates spread across India . We have requirement for the position of IT recruiter/ Non IT recruiter, Account Manager, Experience: 2 to 10 Yrs Location: Anywhere in India Job Description Desired profile: Experience: 2 years in IT recruitment permanent staffing • Must have experience in IT recruitment staffing • Good knowledge in technologies. • Sourcing the suitable and quality candidates from the target companies with the help of resources provided. • Sourcing the candidate through job portals like naukri and monster and also through network and reference. • Coordinating with them in weekday and weekends drive. • Responsible to coordinate with offered candidate until joins the organization. • Recruiting appropriate candidates for contract,contract to hire and direct hire job orders. • Should have excellent communication skills.
