Ethereum Smart Contract Implementtion. Job or Partnership.

A Company based in Switzerland is looking for a person or team who will be capable to implement Ethereum smart contract (SM). If you got other skills or ready projects in Initial Coin Offering pleas contact me. We have got technical documentation & requirements for the (SM). Briefly it is as follows : 1. SM shall be based on open source listed on Github such as Zeppelin and Truffle framework. The existing contracts implementation could be also considered (for ex. TenX and others) 2. Limited tokens quantity, transparent funds withdrawal after sale round is closed 3. It also shall support bonus tokens, referral bonus system and bounty tokens. 4. The SM shall support three sale rounds : private sale, pre- ICO and ICO. Sales algorithms will be sent you after consideration. 4. The SM shall successfully pass OWASP, JS Helper, [login to view URL], stress and hack tests and shall be approved by independent auditors. 5. A mirror copy of the first SM linked to another Ethereum ID shall be created for emergency case, such as hackers' attack. It could be implemented from '0' level or it could be considered ready for other projects (the second is preferable) Thus it could be temporary job payed in USD or partnership in our project payed with tokens.
