We are looking for English language native-speaking freelancers who would be tasked with the preparation of customer response emails. The applicant will have templates to use as a basis that he/she will need to tailor to the specifics of communications. Days & hours worked requirements: - The expected average time per shift will be about 4 hours per day (but can increase/decrease depending on email load), for half a week: You will specify in your application whether Week Half ‘A’ (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) or Week Half ‘B’ (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday)) suit you better, or both. The task requires: - The ability to handle customer service emails in the consumer products segment (sport supplement product experience is an advantage but not a necessity) - English language native speaker with good writing skills - Customer Service experience and/or passion for fitness are a plus If you are interested, please apply to the position and include “Customer Service Freelancer” in the email subject line, and make sure to send your: - Curriculum Vitae - Choice of Week Half A, B, or both (as mentioned above) - Mention any days that you cannot work, if any - Contact information (please include City & State) - List of previous experiences, and any available references.
