i want to have an application written for the attached api that will run a query every fifteen minutes on ~35 airports and every time a plane is delayed for more than 1 hour, 2 hours, and 3 hours (either taking off or arrival) to send me an email for the flight which is delayed saying "#name of embarkation airport# #airline company# #flight number# #flying to destination airport# is scheduled to leave at # scheduled time# and is #(leaving or arriving)# x hours late. are you up for it and how much (I am not looing to spend a lot)
