Merge 3 circuits into one for pcb fabrication stm32f4 + camer board + custom board

I need a design that consists of 4 things 1.) the power circuitry for OV2640 camera. I'm currently using this module with a 2.54mm pin header already in my custom design. I want to remove the custom board and incorporate into the design. This is the board I need to be incorperated into my design. I have the original pdf that shows the requirments and schematic of the camera. Its about 3 ldo's some resistors and caps. It must be provided 3 different voltages from the ldo's. You may be able to source one from existing ldos in the main board. [login to view URL] 2.) Certain parts of the STM32F4 Discovery board, including the mcu, the leds, and the buttons. I need the jtag interface exposed so I will be able to program the chip. It will of course need the basic clock signal and power signals. The schematic and gerber files are all available on the internet and I can provide you with the schematic if you cannot find it. I will not be needing the audio, mems or the stlink programmer, nor the micro usb interface. [login to view URL] 3.) My custom board which consists of 2 hbridges, some fet switches for leds and the power circuitry for the boards above. Or your own design that does what the custom board does. Its a very simple board that only provides power for the rest of the circuitry plus 2 TA7291. These Hbridges will have to be replaced with a non through hole version or equivalent part. 4.) the connection to a wifi module, which is 4 spi pins, 2 gpio and exposing about 5 more pins for the jtag header of the wifi module. The deliverable will be the gerber and schematic files. The design has Motors, wifi and camera so it must be a very quiet circuit to avoid noise in the camera feed or losses in the wifi data. I will require a few hours to discuss the project before I award it to anyone. I would also like to discuss the possibility of lvds connection to camera. Thank you for your time.
