We would like to hire an expert that is familiar with large email broadcasting to manage our campaigns. We are using publically available contacts. Since they are not opt-in, we have to create a mailing program that is compliant with anti-spam laws, our hosting provider, and that get delivered. We like using a nice looking template, and need to find a way to deliver about 100,000 emails a week this way. We do not understand how to set up SMTP or API (we are not programmers), so we are open to your suggestions how best to accomplish this. Cost is a factor in awarding this project, but we want to award it today, so we can send our 1st campaign of at least 5,000 emails tomorrow morning by 6 am cst. If this is a project you would like to manage, please submit bid for initial set-up and 5,000 contact broadcast. And if you would like, also tell us what you would require to manage the on-going project at a rate of about 100,000 emails a week. Thank You.
