Hey there, After reviewing your project description its clear that you want someone to setup a SMTP server for you so that you can send 1300 email twice a month. Currently you can't send much emails because your list is not opted in. Using python, i could write a code, which will require me to fill in the email addresses which need to be sent to your clients, and then send them all out as bulk mail and this will be sent all out at once to all the receipients. If these emails are valid, they are guranteed to all go through. Any email that will not go through will not be valid. In order to confirm that these mails have been sent out, all i ask you to do is add onto the list a random email account that belongs to you and your receiving of the specific email in your inbox will imply that the emails were sent out.
