design/develop custom gmail email with accept / decline buttons

I need a gmail email template with the following attributes: -Title -Image -(changeable) -Accept and Decline Buttons - Accept and Decline Button in the shape of a Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down -Automatic email response to sender when Accept or Decline Button is clicked. This template email will be used as a "Review and Approve" tool . to show our customer the gift choice we have picked on his behalf and get his Thumbs Up or Thumbs Down
