Design a very simple and small circuit (pcb) for use as a 12-volt battery charger/battery back-up and hopefully based on the LTC1967 possibly using a pair of NDS8947 or equivalents. Only 3 connections: 12-volt (~14 DC) Power Supply In, ~13.5-volt+ out to battery under charge and ~13VDC+ to radio transmitter- Current draw capable of ~20 Amps+.
