Design a PCB for my Solar Project

Hi, I am a post graduate power electronics engineer and having very good industrial experience of 8+ years in R&D and project development. I am excellent welding power supplies design, Plasma ARC power supplies, high frequency transformers design, solar grid tie transformers, electrical vehicles design, circuits design, multi-channel LED Drivers, Regulated power supplies design with universal input to DC output, Audio amplifier, drives design, Filters design for harmonic analysis and Power factor correction, SMPS, LED drivers, DC-DC, AC-DC converters design, PFC interleaved boost converter, Battery management system, Battery chargers, UPS design, sine wave Inverters, solar grid tie inverters, Solar battery chargers and street light systems design from few watts to KW range using Buck, Boost, and Buck –boost, Interleaved boost/buck, Fly back Push Pull and H-bridge inverters. I have very good experience to design high voltage power supplies up to 50KV for capacitor charging power supplies using soft switching topologies. I have work experience to design from few watts to KW range meeting all compliances like EMI/EMC and safety standards UL etc.

Greetings, I'm interested in helping with your solar controller project and I'd like to know a little more about the details. I have relevant experience in high power electronics and some experience with solar power and I've had a project similar to this in mind for myself as well. When reviewing the image you included in this project description I was only able to find 3 of the proposed 8 solid state relays, are the remaining relays duplicates of those in the diagram? Or perhaps are they not shown? Do you have solid state relays already picked out or a power rating I can aim for? Is there a description of what the LEDs indicate and what the function is for the momentary switch? I can provide documentation and source files for each milestone as well as production cost estimates at volume if desired. I can currently provide up to 10 hours a week, do you have a specific deadline in mind or any other restrictions I should be aware of? Let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I need to discuss some more details please come to chat thanks. need to make a PCB that will have a total of 8 Solid State SPST relays, an Ardiuno nano (or similar functionality since I'm only using the digital pin functionality), 4 LEDs, and sturdy mounting connectors for a wiring harness to connect the following: Solar Power Wires, Lithium Ion 18650 Battery stack, Solar Battery Charger, Car Battery Charger, Wall Battery Charger. You could build in the Solar MPPT charge controller into the circuit. I can get single line diagrams for all of this. Please let me know your thoughts. I would like to have milestones for a gerber file, one for the software, and then a milestone for a tested fully functional product. Please let me know your thoughts. I already have the arduino code written and this system is functional, but I want it all integrated into a single board. thanks
