Connect led indicator lights to a messaging service

"messaging" I am embedded system electronics engineer and have worked on home automation system with auto email updates of device status. This home automation system was able to detect if the person is in the room or not. if user leaves the room without turning the electrical devices off, he gets email regarding turning off the devices remotely. Regarding your project, we can connect your hardware system with cloud server, and can setup mailing service whenever particular variables get updated. If I get it right you want to know which led is glowing at present via email or notification. If that is the case I can do it by using Node MCU and Ifttt applet.
