Hello, I have 3+ years of experience in embedded domain. I have done many projects using python, shell script, c, c++, raspberry pi, arduino, esp8266, arm, AVR, linux, GSM,GPRS, ZigBee, Bluetooth, RFID, WIFi etc. I goes through your project. I will interface arduino with wifi module esp8266 using serial, LCD, IR Sensors, LEDs. Arduino and ESP8266 will send traffic data periodically. System will change signal green to red, if there is no traffic to that signal and make next signal green. System will calculate traffic according to data and make decision which signal shall be green and red.
