(lower rpm, higher torque, but in a non-linear ratio) 2 - the drill could be designed from scratch or could be adapted onto an existing model (best solution) where to change the gear and replace with a multi-stage planetary or harmonic drive... 3 - which are rpm/torque requirement for your drill? 4 - this is a project for modeling or for prototyping?
