Hello. Seems like the main challenge is to design a current stabilizing circuit with a low voltage drop on it, about 1.6 V (difference between 5 V power supply and the max voltage drop on LED). Still not so difficult, I have a vast experience in analog circuits, including LEDs. If you contact me so I know you consider hiring me, I would try to design it and let you know results - components needed, any additional components beyond the list provided, etc. Then if you decide to hire me I provide schematic and detailed explanation/calculations. And I would need to know the ambient temperature range, otherwise assume probably +15...+40 deg C. I'm an electronic engineer with about 25 years of experience, also about 7 years of experience in 3D modelling using SolidWorks. Experience with Arduino and ESP32 controllers.
