it's a complicated work DDR2 SODIMM port is for rpi it haveing 200 pins so work is complicated but i can do it in kicad expecting lte module model is my choice i will also design a proper power supply for this board assuming 4 layer board will be enough for your board if you are oke i can make schematic and pcb files(Gerber file)
