Hello,
my name is Mauro Kenji and, as Audio Editor & Engineer, I could help you out with your podcast and project.
I have a great experience in the field, especially withh with Podcasts & Radios (+5 years) as I work with them on a daily basis, collaborating with people from any part of the world.
Generally I work following this procedure :
- I download the raw files
- I set up the session with my templates and I start the listening-editing process, that consists in removing long pauses, errors, wrong parts, huum, ehh, aah, uuh and any kind of unwanted words while talking - of course respecting right timings and keeping a natural "flow");
- With the editing done, I add any extra content required like Sound Fxs, Intro & Outro, additional Music, Backgrounds and whatever the clients would like to have;
- As final step I do the mixing and the general improving of the audio (if needed audio restoration & cleaning up too), completing with the mastering to achieve a professional standard of quality and loudness.
- With the completed product I proceed with the submission to the client, I'm pretty fast.
I'd just need to know few more infos :
- What format would you need back? If .mp3, 320 kbps? Would you require also ID3 tags?
Generally I create a shared Dropbox folder in order to have an automatic and perfect file sharing with my client.
Concerning the music, there wouldn't be any problem. I'd be able to find and propose you great music without licensing problems.
Concerning my self, I'd invite you check my profile where I have more than 150 certified feedbacks about previous works and completed projects.
Generally I work on Protools but I also have experience with Audacity, just that I don't have any project as example, I just have files.
For any other possible question, doubt or info, please, don't hesitate to ask me; it'll be my pleaseure to answer you.
Thanks for the consideration and opportunity; I really look forward to talking and working with you!
Best,
Mauro Kenji
