Hi, I have 10+ years experience with cPanel and working with it on a daily basis. The problem you have is common and there several reasons for this: 1. server does not have a valid hostname/reverse dns record 2. domains hosted on the server do not have DKIM/SPF/DMARC DNS records properly configured 3. domains from the server send mail unauthenticated 4. domains have unprotected contact forms which are exploited by bots to send spam 5. users setup forwarders to major mail ISPs 6. hackers uploaded malware which is generating spam I can help you investigate all the above and try to unblock your server from the microsoft block list. There is two separated MS system that can block you. 365 and live. For 365 delisting the system is less automatized but for others, it needs a lot of communication with MS support. When it comes to email from cPanel being blocked, there are multiple factors involved like: 1. Few DNS settings 2. Host server configuration 3. Host server public IP reputation 4.
