Product Compliance

Verify status, track (cost, time, assignment) and plan product compliance per country. in ZOHO Creator. product are required to be registe for radio approvals in each countries they are targeting to be market. to be approved the product require a certificate. therefore the project is 1- list all product models and their respective targeted countries and region 2- list all certificate with corresponding countries and listed models 3- report model that are not approved in a specific countries. 4- create an automatic project for each model and a task for each country not in comliance. track time due, fix cost, assign to consultant x. 5- dash board showing non approved per country count and or per regions and show 6- show outstanding taks, costs and timeline work load. extra. each country require either device label, box label or manual notice. whn a certificate is priovded with a registration # the # should be reported in a report for the model and the country corresponding ( a fix table with label location per country is provided) each country require # 1 to 25 specific duments reference #. a matrix of each country is provided showing wich document 1 to 25 are needed. based on the need a report should be creted showing for each model selcted the references # of 1 to 25 corresponding specific document. to help understand this is explanation in a different way. model are unic model is targeting many countries certificate are unic and for a unic country and a unic model compliant = model + targeted country + certificate available if not compliant then create a project for model XYZ and assign task as country approval. track cost (PO issue to Consultant) and start and end time. For supplemental planning purposes i am looking for adding a report showing the cert # for the device label, package label or manual if required ( the country list will show where label is required) and if no certs it should show "Pending" this is per model per country On same report up to 25 document references should be listed based on model document references, this is per model per country.
