$100 MAX BUDGET PLUS END OF PROJECT BONUS Client is looking for a very reliable positive and upbeat virtual assistant who likes data entry, Facebook, Linked in and Twitter. You would be required to send messages, follow up and keep a record. You need to work around Singapore, UK and USA timezones as required at different times during the day. The job involves generating leads. Training would be provided. You would have to have EXCELLENT English writing and communicating skills, good social media skills, an EXCELLENT EYE FOR DETAIL and be meticulous! Every day you would need to send a certain number of messages through Linked in, Twitter DM and Facebook per instruction. Afterwards you would create a report and follow up daily with responses in order to set appointments for applicable people to become a member. You should have high speed internet, a good laptop or computer and you should be good at multi tasking and following up; Just like you do when you are bidding for a job. Every member who joins up because of your work specifically you will gain a bonus at the end of the project of $10 for each new member. Client wants 50 members. If you do well an ongoing contract will be offered with even better pay, but at the beginning it is a smaller budget so please bid accordingly. When you think of this job and the monthly budget being small at the beginning of max $100 a month, why would you accept it if offered and what hopes do you have for the future if you do well (and gain the ability to increase the contract value)?? I have prior experience in sending messages in LinkedIn, Twitter DM and Facebook so i am sure that you will increase my pay in the future. WHY WOULD YOU BE A GOOD CANDIDATE TO AWARD THIS JOB? I have past experience in doing a similar job like this. How many hours a day maximum can you work on this specific job and which days every week can you dedicate to this considering you have other jobs? Per day i can spend 6-7 Hours and even more at weekends. I can spend 7 days a week. That means restless work. I don't break for a day unless there is an emergency in rare cases. Which of the required job skills do you feel you are strongest at? And What is your superpower when it comes to administration, research and virtual assistant work? When you think of this job and the monthly budget being small at the beginning of max $100 a month, why would you accept it if offered and what hopes do you have for the future if you do well (and gain the ability to increase the contract value)?? I am happy to start on a low budget while a rapport is built and trust earned. 3. WHY WOULD YOU BE A GOOD CANDIDATE TO AWARD THIS JOB? I am highly experienced in admin and customer service. I am knowledgable in the use of MS Office, Outlook and other inhouse computer systems as well as general IT. hold a level 2 qualification in business administration. 4. How many hours a day maximum can you work on this specific job and which days every week can you dedicate to this considering you have other jobs? I can work on this Mon - Friday upto 4hrs a day. 5. Which of the required job skills do you feel you are strongest at? And What is your superpower when it comes to administration, research and virtual assistant work? I have the experience and qualifications required to provide exceptional admin support. My superpower is most definitely my organisational skills along with my friendly, positive and approachable personality.

My views on the matter : 1. The generating leads part especially through my communication skills which i consider to be excellent. It is a validation of the ability I possess. Accomplishment is a feeling that I like. 2. Trying to make my mark as a freelancer & this would be a good opportunity for that cause. I'm willing to work cheap & learn the ropes around this job. I expect to better my marketing ability through this opportunity & increase my skill level. Social Media Marketing is one of my fields of interest, I hope this project helps me out in that respect. 3. Great vision->Planning ahead->Ability to Prioritise = Efficient use of time. Knowledge in Microsoft office packages,especially Excel, Powerpoint & Word. Flexibility to work different time shifts in a day. 4. 5-6 hours everyday. All the days of the week. At present i'm engaged in one project which translates to an hour a day work. This project is not long term & would end in the near future. 5. Typing speed - 43 words/minute , accuracy - 98%. Internet Savvy, Good research skills & know google search shortcuts. e.g. : "Football -America" results in search for pages with word Football ignoring America. Understanding and experience of using social media sites like Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn. Lastly my excellent communication skills in English. These are my best skills & my superpower would be my ability to follow through a work to its completion. In short my doggedness & never give up attitude.
