Hi, My name is Marjan, in the past 4 years I've been working as a customer service representative (CSR) via Livechat and email, the last two as a CSR team manager, my average First time response is 10-15 seconds, my typing speed is 46 WPM from the test that I just took ( Freelancer no longer allows files to be shared, I can share the screenshot via Freelaner's Livechat if you send me a message).
