I work as a Case Manager for an Australian Telecommunications Company for almost 7 years now. I have worked with Customer Service and Sales before being part of the Level 2 Escalations Team.
Currently, I am assigned as the POC of our team who liaise with third party providers via phone calls and business emails to ensure quality customer service. I also take managerial calls from level 2 Case Managers.
As part of my work history, I also worked for multiple US accounts in another BPO Company where we cater assistance for Billing, Customer Service and basic technical support.
