I am a wordpress developer i can make a plugin or do onetime script for importing this data quickly. Hello I should be able to help you with your project, what I would need to know is whether you have any parking data? If not I'm sure we can find the information on the web using OSM (Open Street Map). Also the area that you are working in, is it for the world? is it for Europe? Scale of your project is quite important for the time spent on it. But Should be do able for a week regardless of scale (40hr). Once we have the records and the Lat/long we can convert the data into a KML which is easily integrable with a Google API for a webpage. I'll need to know what you are using for your webpage and have access to the design layout of your page or a copy of you webpage. If that is where you would like people to view the parking areas.
