Digitizing Data (copy-typing or OCR) from Typewritten Texts

Hi, (I am uploading this again to cover all the price ranges, from $100-$800, and to make sure you read all of my descriptions without just copy and pasting. Sorry for making you send the proposals again) I would like to digitize data from the typewritten texts (make the scanned file into excel spreadsheets). I have uploaded a sample page and output, and have total 697 pages with the similar format. I tried using ABBYY or OmniPage, and the problem is that simply running the program without any proofreading or training does not ensure enough accuracy.
