Quick data entry of 45 entries from spreadsheet into website CMS

Any template or automatic eails will be ignored and deleted if it is not written directly by you, the person doing the work. I am writing you a personal and direct message and expect the same in return. 1) I have a google spreadsheet with a list of websites and information about those websites. Where information is missing you have to fill in the spreadsheet with their facebook, twitter account, blog address, etc. 2) There are 45 websites listed on this spreadsheet to copy and paste the information into a website. I have put in 20 other website to make sure I understand the process and work involved. The website is run with a CMS. You will log in to the system, You would copy an existing page, replace all the data and links, and click save, 45 times. A quick training video can be provided. I would like this done today if possible. Once we agree on a delivery date and time in my timezone I require the work to be completed on time and to the existing quality of existing content in the system. This is a fixed price project.
