I have a lot of experience in this area as I manage a lot of vendors, contractos and supplier in my job. I have 2+ years of experience in this. For me, this task is really easy and I have complete knowledge of Outlook and email platforms. I can manage perfectly IT devices such as cellphones, computers with their typical softwares (excel, word, pp) so I can perfectly answer to e mails, texts, etc anytime. One of my tasks in my job is to manage documents, quotations, customer service, etc
PLUS: I'm a fully bilingual person, so I can be helpful on this too. (Spanish/English)
